    Coaching happiness and mindfulness for our young at mind is just as important as adults. Our youth face challenges as they grow, develop, and progress through school and other social activities.

    We can provide coaching and mentoring on happiness and mindfulness through one-on-one coaching, media sessions, and workshops as needed to accommodate all age groups.

    Under 12

    Children under 12 years old can benefit greatly from coaching on mindfulness and happiness. These skills can help them develop emotional regulation, empathy, and positive relationships with others. Additionally, mindfulness can improve their ability to focus and learn in school.

    Teens ages 12 to 18 need happiness and mindfulness coaching to navigate the changing world around them with friends, social media, and parents because this period of life can be challenging and overwhelming. Coaching can help them develop coping skills, build resilience, and their overall well-being.
